    Consultation

We discuss your goals and requirements put together a tailored training program specific for your dog.

    Training Sessions

Our trainers will begin working with your dog during their daycare stays, building foundations, confidence, trust, and a strong dog - handler bond. During each visit, dogs will have a minimum of 30 minutes training. Depending on what is being worked on, what their threshold is, or if they become stressed or anxious, these may be split over multiple short sessions throughout the day.
We will work at your dogs pace, using threshold training to ensure a calm and comfortable experience, using treats, praise or toy rewards. Our training techniques are LIMA (least intrusive, minimally aversive), positive, and force free. We strictly never use pain, force, flooding, or any form of aversives.

    Daily debreif

Each day you will get a small debreif on how your dogs session went that day, what we worked on, what went well, what didnt, and your homework! (yes, you will likely have homework!)

    End of programme session

Once we have completed the 10 sessions, we will meet to discuss with you how to continue what your dog has learnt, if further training is needed, or if there are other things you would like to work on.

It is important that any training conducted by our Trainers is followed through with by pawrents at home and outside of daycare. Remember - the more a behaviour is practiced - the harder it will be to break the habit!
